Kolorful Innovations reserves the right to cancel orders, providing a full refund of purchased merchandise at their discretion.

We will do our best to ensure single-purchase items are updated promptly; they are marked "Sold" as quickly as possible. Single-purchase items are sold on a first-come basis.
Shipping Policy
Artwork-
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Item(s) will be shipped with your painting protected by covering and bubble wrap. If more than 1 painting is purchased at a time, depending on the size, we will try to ship them all together. If we cannot safely protect your investment in 1 package, we will ship the painting separately.

Pre-Orders: All pre-order items will ship out the next business day following the close of the presale date.

What to include in the Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 contiguous states of the United States- We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories at this time.
All Items will be shipped via USPS.
You will receive an email once your merchandise has shipped.
Tracking information will be provided once the merchandise has shipped.
